Job summary

Gopuff Concord, CA is seeking a Supply Chain – Hourly Coordinator to support BevMo replenishment. This hybrid role involves partnering with Merchandising, Operations and external vendors to optimize inventory and ensure on-time store replenishment in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze sales and stock levels, manage SKU purchases, and help implement processes across BevMo stores and regional teams. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years in merchandise planning or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and overall supply chain.
• Own SKU replenishment purchasing for BevMo stores.
• Analyze sales, inventory, instock, damage, expiration, and vendor fill rate trends.
• Support inventory management strategies for territory requirements.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Determine quantities to purchase for new and continuing SKUs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics and Operations.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports.
• Be a point of contact for inventory inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper inventory representation.

The Supply Chain – Hourly Coordinator will be responsible for replenishment efforts in support of the BevMo supply chain. This role will directly support replenishment for one or more of the BevMo/Gopuff departments and partner with internal (Merchandising, operations, etc.) and external partners (Vendors, Distributors…) to support business and assortment strategies. It will be imperative that this person demonstrate the problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Concord, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during business hours.

Compensation

• Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.
• Hourly Rate: $20 - $25/hour

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of business, internal processes, and overall supply chain
• For a particular portion of the business, own the sku replenishment purchasing of inventory directly from suppliers to support all BevMo stores and/or regional stores.
• Analyze sales, inventory, Instock, Damage & Expiration, Turn and Vendor Fill Rate trends and create weekly item plans to drive the business
• Support Inventory Management strategies contingent with unique territory requirements as it pertains to volume, size, and business strategy
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies with internal and external partners and communicate issues related to inventory and product flow
• Review and determine quantities to purchase for new, allocated and continuing SKUs.
• Participate as an integral partner with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics and Operations.
• Generate and analyze inventory management and exception reports.
• Act as a point of contact for inventory related inquiries from internal partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory is appropriately represented throughout the chain

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or Allocations experience
• Must have strong computer skills – proficiency with excel is required
• Alcohol Beverage experience is a plus
• Capable of taking initiative, ownership and accountability for the business
• Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
