A leading company is seeking an administrative support professional to assist with regulatory compliance and supply chain operations. The role involves monitoring shipment inquiries, data management, and regulatory audits. Candidates should have a high school diploma and three years of administrative experience. This fully remote position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
Performs a variety of administrative functions pertaining to regulatory and supply chain compliance support. Support includes, but is not limited to, FedEx operations, FedEx Global Trade Compliance Program, Customs Programs, and US domestic air cargo programs. The position will assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, including but not limited to screening international shipments, audits, and reports.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Three (3) years' experience working in an administrative role, including customer correspondence (phone and e-mail), assisting with audits, reports, and working with established computer databases/tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for this role across potential locations. Actual starting pay depends on experience, market conditions, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
U.S.: $22.11 - $36.85/hour; Colorado: $22.11 - $35.31/hour; New York: $23.34 - $36.85/hour; New York City: $28.25 - $36.85/hour.
This position is fully remote within the United States, excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories.
