Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a Supply Chain College Co-Op to support the SCM team with material flow improvements, routes, and system implementations. This role is designed for a student working toward a degree who can commit to at least 25 hours per week and stay through graduation in May 2027 or later.

You will gain experience with automotive supply chain processes, data analysis in Excel, and collaboration across departments to implement new systems and improve data

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering with a May 2027 or later graduation date.
• Available to work year-round at a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Familiarity with basic supply chain/IE and business principles.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support SCM team with material flow improvements, delivery routes, IPF and new process implementation.
• Assist with SCM systems implementation and related tools.
• Support with SCM job instructions, visual aids, and audits.
• Ensure data integrity and monitor reports for the plant.
• Assist with supplier/customer issue resolution and inventory processes.

Job Description

• Support Supply Chain Management team with Material Flow improvements, delivery routes, IPF and new process implementation.
• Support SCM team with new systems implementation Mother Daughter, IPF and others.
• Support with SCM Systems Job Instructions, visual aids, market locations, audit, and testing.
• Ensures the integrity of plant data and monitors all applicable audits and reports.
• Assists with the resolution of supplier and customer issues.
• Supports the annual physical inventory and cycle‑counting processes.
• Work closely with other departments within the organization to implement new systems.
• Acquire experience on Automotive SCM Organization and grow with the team.
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills And Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering Program fulltime with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.
