Dauch Corporation is seeking an Engineering College Co-op to support manufacturing and engineering operations. You will conduct time studies, prepare performance reports, and analyze delays to identify improvement opportunities while assisting in lean implementations on the shop floor.
The role is designed for a full-time engineering student with a May 2027 or later graduation date, capable of 32 hours per week, and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
As an Engineering College Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.
