Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Co-op to join the SCM team at our Three Rivers, MI facility. You will work with data and processes to improve material flow and support new system implementations, with a focus on Excel-based analysis.

The role requires pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, 25 hours per week year-round, and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering with a May 2027 or later graduation date.
• Available to work year-round at a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Familiarity with basic supply chain / IE and business principles.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Management team with material flow improvements, delivery routes, IPF and new process implementation.
• Assist SCM team with new systems implementation (Mother Daughter, IPF and others).
• Support with SCM Systems Job Instructions, visual aids, market locations, audits and testing.
• Ensure data integrity and monitor applicable audits and reports.
• Assist in resolving supplier and customer issues.
• Support annual physical inventory and cycle-counting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new systems.
• Acquire experience in Automotive SCM organization and grow with the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Dauch is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Supply Chain Co-op position. This position will report up through the Supply Chain Management team at our facility located in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of data analysis software like Excel.

Job Description:

• Support Supply Chain Management team with Material Flow improvements delivery routes, IPF and new process implementation.
• Support SCM team with new systems implementation Mother Daughter, IPF and others.
• Support with SCM Systems Job Instructions, visual aids, market locations, audit, and testing.
• Ensures the integrity of plant data and monitors all applicable audits and reports.
• Assists with the resolution of supplier and customer issues.
