Job summary

American Axle & Mfg., Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management College Co-op in Minerva, Ohio. The ideal candidate will assist the Plant Supply Chain Management team and improve reporting processes while addressing supplier and customer challenges.

This position is for students enrolled in supply chain or business programs and requiring a minimum of 25 work hours per week. Previous relevant experience is preferred, and the role is open to those eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a relevant program.
• Graduation date of December 2026 or later preferred.
• Prior work/intern/Co-op experience in Supply Chain/Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Supply Chain Management team.
• Review and update internal reports to support plant metrics.
• Assist with the resolution of supplier and customer issues.

Skills

Familiarity with basic supply chain principles

Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work 25 hours per week

Education

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain/Business Administration Program
