Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and currently in, or entering senior year.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• No relocation benefit; reside within 50 miles of Windsor, CT.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related visa programs.
• Preferred: internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: pursuing a degree in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material availability to identify shortages and inventory risks.
• Lead routine Kanban audits.
• Assist with expediting critical components to maintain schedules.
• Verify receipts with shipping/receiving and improve accuracy.
• Assist with material organization during shop floor re-layout.
• Assist in resolving supplier invoicing issues.
• Enter and track damaged material requests (DMRs).
• Coordinate with logistics to resolve shipment issues.
• Support Kanban replenishment by reviewing levels.
• Assist with quarterly inventory prep and training.
