Job summary

The Eaton Windsor CT Satellite location is seeking a Supply Chain Co-Op to support daily SCM activities, data analysis, Kanban audits, and shipping/receiving tasks for one semester, minimum 20 hours per week. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will participate in material planning, inventory control, and issues resolution with internal teams and vendors, building skills in ERP systems and data analysis while contributing to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and in, or entering, senior year.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher required.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Windsor, CT; no relocation benefit.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material availability to identify shortages and risks.
• Lead routine Kanban audits.
• Assist with ordering materials and expediting components to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving to verify receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory organization and shop floor layout changes.
• Enter and track damaged material requests (DMRs).
• Support Kanban replenishment by reviewing inventory levels.

What you’ll do:Job SummaryThe Supply Chain Co-Op at our Windsor CT Satellite location will be responsible for assisting in day to day SCM activities including material data analysis, Kanban audits, and shipping and receiving support. This role will be a duration of one semester and requires a minimum of 20 working hours per week.The hourly rate for this Co-Op will be $25.00/hr. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only.
