Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of related process improvement and operational data analysis; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Experience with SOP development and standard work practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal logistics, identify standardization opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Design and maintain training programs based on SOPs and best practices.
• Capture, report, and manage site statistical performance data.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping and create standard work.
• Coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and document expectations and actions.
• Coach site personnel on audits and new work initiatives.
