Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Learning & Development-focused professional to drive the development, implementation, and continual improvement of supply chain training and onsite logistics performance.
The role emphasizes auditing supplier performance, coaching, and creating SOP-based programs that boost productivity on job sites, with travel up to 50% and a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification.

This position is responsible for the successful development, implementation, coordination, analysis and continual improvement of supply chain performance (Field Support & Onsite Logistics programs) and Productivity as it relates to training and development. This role will primarily support the Learning & Development function within the Program team, with a strong focus on developing training based on department SOPs, processes, and best practices. Also performs auditing of supplier performance, internal systems and processes, conducts coaching, and conducts training to enhance jobsite logistics that translates to industry leading productivity.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Combined relevant industry experience with continuous improvement and analyzing operational performance, or 3-5 years of related process improvement, generation of standard operating procedures, and analysis of operational performance data. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred
Travel: Up to 50%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
