Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Logistics Lead to coordinate site logistics and manage the onsite team, ensuring materials, tools and equipment are where they are needed to support install teams.

Role requires 5-7 years of logistics experience, CPIM/CLTD preferred, and heavy travel (75-100%). Expect a fast-paced environment with safety as a core value and opportunities for career growth within the Logistics group.

Responsibilities

• Manage site logistics with 1-25 onsite personnel and ensure delivery of materials to task locations.
• Ensure electricians have materials, tools, and equipment at their task locations prior to install.
• Apply basic logistics processes and Lean techniques (5S) on site.
• Support remobilization of electrician crews to maintain value-added install work.
• Work with Faith processes (Excellerate, Purchasing) to supply job-site assemblies.
• Complete foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, timecards timely.
• Order and track materials and perform cost projections.
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team and assist other logistics roles as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Onsite Logistics Lead

The role within our logistics department is responsible for developing, coordinating/managing the Logistics Process, managing the Onsite Logistics team, and coordinating the site logistics within the electrical construction industry. All job sites participate in daily safety initiatives such as safety stand-down and daily operational risk management meetings to proactively identify safe practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Associated Degree or can substitute education with 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience: 5-7 years of related logistics experience
• CPIM – (Certified In Production And Inventory Management - Preferred)
• CLTD – (Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution - Preferred)
• Travel: 75-100%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to manage site logistics, including 1-25 onsite logistics personnel effectively while focusing on delivering materials, tools, and equipment to the specific task locations for install.
• Demonstrates the capability to drive electrician productivity by ensuring they have all materials, tools, and equipment at their task locations prior to install.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of logistics processes and Lean techniques (5s).
• Supports remobilization of electrician crews, allowing electricians to continue providing value-added install.
• Works with Faith support processes (Excellerate, Purchasing) to provide materials and assemblies to the job site.
• Demonstrates ability to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, tool repairs, timecards, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Orders and tracks materials, performs cost projections.
• Works as a member of a cohesive team and is capable and understanding of Material Handler and Logistics Specialist roles to assist logistics team members.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
