Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner for our Memphis, TN office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring correct inventory at the right place and time, while optimizing stock levels and supplier performance.

You will work with product managers, manage vendor capacity, and drive replenishment strategies to improve on-time delivery and reduce lead times. Strong data analysis and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or business.
• Analytical, quantitative and strong communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with replenishment planning, S&OP, forecasting and inventory lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply of finished goods from multiple vendors with timely POs and transfers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers for end-to-end supply chain management.
• Understand vendor capacity to optimize order cycles and on-time delivery.
• Determine replenishment strategies to improve turns and reduce lead times.
• Use demand history to create POs that support inventory goals.
• Build partnerships across internal customers and regular PM meetings.
• Support launches and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with PMs to manage inventory lifecycle and aging.
• Provide process expertise for daily tactical decisions and data accuracy.
• Develop ad-hoc ERP/vendor reports and review delivery/quality performance.
