Job summary

S3 AeroDefense is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to source and procure components to meet customer demand. You will negotiate fair pricing, ensure timely delivery, and maintain data integrity across procurement activities.

As the main contact for suppliers, you will monitor PO delivery, expedite where needed, and collaborate with service, sales, and alliances teams to align with demand. ABachelor’s degree and 1–3 years related experience are preferred.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for sourcing and procuring components needed to fill customer demand, negotiating fair pricing, and ensuring timely delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop & build relationships as the main point of contact for daily business execution with suppliers.
• Sourcing and placing vendor purchase orders to fill customer POs
• Monitoring PO delivery and expediting where necessary
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers
• Maintain data integrity for procurement activities
• Monitoring overall supplier performance, providing feedback, and jointly creating action plans with the suppliers
• Support Strategic Business Reviews with suppliers
• Work closely with customer service, sales, and strategic alliance groups to understand customer demand and requirements
• Analyze demand and recommend strategic purchases when beneficial
• Recommend and support/lead improvements to optimize the overall process and drive greater efficiency.
