S/he will work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team and cross-functionally with the Business Management team, to troubleshoot and resolve client supply chain related issues.

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
(Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Business degree is preferred; customer service experience; order management expertise
Experience in eCommerce is a plus
