Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions, seeks a Hays US Supply Chain Associate I in Houston, TX to support Customer Fulfillment and Logistics. You will coordinate order fulfillment and serve as the main contact for order-related issues, collaborating with sales, operations, and transportation.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in the industry, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP ERP.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of transportation tracking systems, inventory management tools, and e-commerce systems.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP software such as SAP.

Responsibilities

Manage the domestic and/or export order fulfillment process for complex accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for all customer order-related issues.
Establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, understanding customer habits, requirements, and order patterns.
Effectively communicate across sales, marketing, operations, and transportation to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Ensure accuracy of all order fulfillment master data in SAP and related systems.
