Job summary

Cincinnati Children's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Materials Management professional for the Burnet Campus, Evening shift. Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm, 40 hours per week, with possible every other weekend and holiday rotation.

You will maintain inventory through replenishment, cycle counts, receive and store shipments, pick and distribute supplies to departments, monitor locations, and use inventory systems to track items and expiration dates.

• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, cycle counting, and stock rotation
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Pick, prepare, and distribute supply orders to clinical and operational departments
• Monitor inventory locations and resolve stock discrepancies
• Utilize inventory management systems to track supplies and maintain accurate records
• Verify product expiration dates and support inventory quality initiatives
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply concerns to leadership
• Partner with customers and team members to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs
• Follow departmental safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Support additional supply chain and materials management functions as assigned

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as required
• Ability to work in warehouse, storeroom, and healthcare environments

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Previous inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience
