Job summary

Connecticut Children’s in East Hartford is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data-driven improvements across Supply Chain, IT and Finance, leveraging Lawson ERP and MS Office to analyze spend, contracts, and performance.

You will partner with stakeholders, define metrics, monitor open purchase orders, and support Value Analysis and procurement programs to optimize processes and costs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience with data analysis of purchasing, spend, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform data and process analysis to identify and understand supply chain issues and recommend improvement solutions.
• Define, analyze and monitor supply chain metrics to enhance supply chain processes.
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, IT and Finance.
• Support Value Analysis projects and contract-related analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local contracts and standardization initiatives.
