Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Analytics Lead in Minnetonka, MN to enable data-driven decisions across manufacturing and supply chain. You will own performance metrics, dashboards, and standardized measurement frameworks spanning capacity, throughput, inventory, cycle time, and on‑time service.

Build scalable analytics on ERP and cloud platforms, merge datasets for predictive insights, and lead projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science or information management.
• 3+ years in operations/manufacturing data support roles.
• Data manipulation and visualization using Power BI/Tableau.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, PlanetTogether) and advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional, demand, and production data to surface inefficiencies and root causes behind order flow and on-time delivery.
• Understand data architectures across cloud databases, MES, and ERP applications.
• Merge datasets to support predictive analytics, process monitoring, and Operations Cockpits.
• Design and deploy predictive dashboards for material, manufacturing, and finished goods metrics.
• Create scalable, automated reporting workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Digital, and Operations to convert inquiries into insights.
• Coordinate with regional and international partners to design daily operations dashboards.
• Mentor others to improve analytical literacy across the plant.
• Align data models with MRP logic to improve BOM definitions and lead times.
