Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Lead to translate data into actionable supply chain insights. You will lead development of analytical models, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate across functions to optimize processes and KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in data science/analytics within a supply chain context, strong visualization skills (Power BI, Celonis), and experience with SQL, Snowflake, and SAP/S4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of business experience including data science, analytics and/or data modeling.
• Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in technology-driven solutions & cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong technical/analytic skills across platforms like Excel, SAP/S4, Data Warehouse reporting, Celonis, Power BI, Power Platform, HANA VDMs, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of analytical models to enable data-driven decision making across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Leverage advanced analytics and visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify optimization opportunities and develop scalable KPIs and models.
• Partner cross-functionally to build a robust data foundation using SQL, Snowflake, HANA VDMs, and Power BI.
• Oversee end-to-end initiatives including process mapping, use case identification, and project execution to drive measurable business impact.
