Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
• Working knowledge of a data analysis or programming tool (Python, R, or SQL).
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Applying operations research and data analytics methods to logistics, scheduling, or inventory challenges.
• Building and validating optimization or analytics models using data from reports and tools.
• Auditing and stress-testing data to ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Translating technical findings into a business case for leadership.
• Collaborating with logistics, scheduling, purchasing, and IT teammates to scope and document projects.
• Supporting continuous improvement of supply chain, logistics, scheduling, and inventory processes.
