Job summary

Rivian is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student for Spring 2027Co-Op in Supply Chain and Logistics, onsite in Normal, IL. You will work full time (40 hours/week) for the entire term, collaborating with procurement, manufacturing engineering, and plant operations to optimize material flow and delivery schedules.

Qualified students are enrolled in a related STEM program and possess strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited degree program throughout internship.
• Strong knowledge of core supply chain concepts and Excel/data skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize material delivery paths, inventory tracking networks, and warehouse routing across Rivian sites.
• Analyze datasets using Excel/SQL/Tableau to identify bottlenecks and apply Lean principles.
• Collaborate with procurement and external vendors to track shipments and reduce lead times.
• Align delivery schedules with high-volume production targets with cross-functional teams.
