Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics to lead the advancement of digital supply chain capabilities through data-driven insights, analytics, and system optimization. You will own reporting and data solutions, partner across units, and mentor a team of analytics professionals to drive actionable decisions globally.

You will design analytics strategies, ensure data quality, and promote standardized tools and processes while traveling domestically and internationally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical discipline.
• 10+ years leading supply chain analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, visualization and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing teams and stakeholders.
• Travel: domestically and internationally up to ~15%+.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytics strategies to support key initiatives and supplier taxonomy.
• Lead the advancement of Digital Supply Chain capabilities through analytics and systems optimization.
• Serve as the enterprise leader for supply chain analytics, leveraging AI and predictive modeling.
• Own SCM reporting and data solutions, ensuring data quality and usability.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals and drive adoption.
• Partner across Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, and Business Units to improve reporting and governance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance through digital innovation and automation.
• Redesign training to promote use of standardized tools and processes.
• Communicate actionable insights to leaders through clear storytelling, reporting, and presentations.
