This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location at least three times a week.
GM’s People Analytics CoE is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to join its People Analytics Consulting team. In this role, you will deliver actionable, business-driven people insights that inform strategic talent decisions, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee experience. Your strong consulting and analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights, and solid understanding of HR data will help us advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making.

Lead complex people analytics projects from hypothesis development to insight delivery, providing ongoing consultative support to HR stakeholder groups on data-driven insights, project ROI, and recommendations using our tools and data.
Identify and deliver key insights and recommendations on organizational health topics such as hiring, retention, internal mobility, workforce and talent planning, diversity & inclusion, employee experience, and market insights.
Build strong relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders, understanding their current business challenges, and proactively adding value through analytics products.
Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives to support organizational goals.
Manage client expectations, prioritizing impactful work for GM.
Create simple, actionable, data-driven recommendations and support stakeholders through their implementation.
Promote adoption and usage of current and future People Analytics solutions, and inform the requirements for the analytics solutions roadmap based on stakeholder feedback.
