Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of solving problems using data.
• Working knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, inventory, and order data to uncover trends and recommend practical improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that give teams clear, accurate visibility
• Partner with field teams, branches, vendors, and business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Monitor key processes and metrics, and follow up proactively on issues or exceptions
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and help put them into action
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to strengthen systems, data quality, and documentation
• Present findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and training
