Job summary

SpaceX, based in Hawthorne, CA, is seeking a Systems Analyst for the Starlink supply chain program. The role focuses on analyzing and improving processes, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership across SpaceX’s global supply chain.

The analyst will automate tactical steps, track production efficiency, and collaborate with ERP teams. The position requires strong SQL, BI tool experience (Tableau/Power BI/Grafana), and a background in analytics or planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Grafana) or programming softwares.
• 1+ years of experience in analytics, operations, management/strategy consulting, planning, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze KPIs related to supply chain, including inventory, lead times, supply coverage, demand fluctuations, and capacity utilization.
• Create dashboards, models, and reporting tools for strategic visibility across supply chain, production, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
• Identify inefficient workflows and develop scripts to automate tactical steps.
• Track, report, and drive production efficiency improvements through supply chain initiatives and process optimizations.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize supplier and internal processes.
• Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Collaborate with teams to influence SpaceX business decisions and outcomes.
• Support ERP tools development and supplier-facing portal enhancements.
