Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an intermediate-level data analyst to perform data research and operational expense analysis to improve supply chain costs and procedural efficiencies. You will prepare situational data analyses and present findings to managers or project leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Intermediate Excel skills including charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas.
Ability to analyze and report data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and cost savings.
Analyze and distribute reports daily, weekly, monthly, highlighting areas for expense reduction.
Collaborate with Inventory Management, IS, Financial Audit, A/P and other groups to provide basic analysis and reporting.
Identify future/past sales trends to support growth and expansion plans.
Organize plans and recommend basic analyses and reports.
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and inventory practices.
