Job summary

Keysight is seeking a planning and analytics professional to drive demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and lead-time analyses across semiconductor fab operations in Santa Rosa, CA. This role builds models, analyzes data, and supports cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and working capital.

You will collaborate on S&OP cycles, performance analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements, using SQL, Excel, Python, and Oracle ERP/BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (math, stats, operations, info systems, eng or tech-focused business).
• 3–5 years of full-time experience in supply chain, planning, or operations analytics in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning processes, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with working Python for analysis/automation.
• Experience applying statistical or ML methods to business problems; familiarity with generative AI tools.
• Ability to build reports/dashboards in a BI tool and work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and lead-time analysis.
• Analyze data across sites to identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Support S&OP and planning cycles with data-driven insights, including what-if scenarios.
• Analyze fab performance metrics (cycle time, yield, WIP, throughput) and predict supply outcomes.
• Provide capacity and lead-time information to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning tool, MES projects, and documentation with cross-functional teams.
