Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC seeks a Supply Chain Analytics Lead Consultant/Analyst to drive data-driven insights across the semiconductor supply chain, including fab, OSAT, and logistics. You will build dashboards, apply ML methods, and develop optimization models to reduce costs and boost resilience.

The role requires deep analytics expertise, experience with ERP/APS tools, and the ability to communicate insights to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or closely related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of direct experience in Supply Chain Analytics, BI, or Consulting.
• 1+ years of experience in Semiconductor, High-Tech, EMS industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports for key KPIs (inventory, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, supplier performance).
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies in the semiconductor domain.
• Utilize statistical models, ML techniques to improve demand forecasting and optimize inventory placement.
• Develop network design and optimization models considering international borders and trade compliance.
• Provide strategic insights by researching market trends and benchmarks for clients or senior management.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT to implement data-driven strategies.
• Lead or support S&OP, MRP, and inventory control projects in fabless, IDM, or foundry models.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization across procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Integrate and optimize data flow between planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.).
• Develop TCO models and business cases for strategic supply chain initiatives.
