  • Prioritizes and sequences enhancement requests by assessing value, urgency, effort, risk, and operational impact; communicates tradeoffs and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Leads cross-functional projects centered on supply chain systems and process improvements, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Drives digital adoption by building relationships across business units, developing enablement materials, and delivering training to ensure consistent tool usage and sustained change.
  • Serves as a “super user” and functional expert for key supply chain systems, resolving complex user issues, escalating effectively to IT, and ensuring root‑cause fixes are implemented.
  • Proactively identifies data issues, system errors, and inefficient workflows; develops practical solutions and implements process controls to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Guides business users and peers on standard processes and best practices to maintain data integrity and consistent execution across supply chain activities.
  • Stays informed on emerging technologies and supply chain tools (including AI‑enabled capabilities) and periodically advises management on opportunities, use cases, and incremental improvements.
  • Role is not limited to the above listed responsibilities and may include other duties as assigned.
  • Technical ability capable of learning, navigating, and teaching new software with a strong focus on process and automation.
  • Project management skills with familiarity with JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
