Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Sumter, SC to support planning and procurement for production needs. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage inventory to meet schedules while ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

The role requires BOM experience, supplier relations, and cross-functional teamwork. On-site position with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to safety procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or engineering or high school with 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawings/blueprints.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration; relocation not offered within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new and alternative sources of supply to support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Visit supplier locations to develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with regional MRO purchasing group for national/regional contracts.
• Provide purchasing support to 16 satellites and assist OEM market service.
• Participate in projects and assign cross-functional teams as needed.
• Manage inventory to meet production schedules and control costs.
• Negotiate terms to obtain favorable price, quality and lead-time.
• Prepare RFQs and analyze bids; participate in strategy meetings and manage contracts locally.
• Adhere to safety rules and MESH requirements and close corrective actions.
