You will collaborate closely with fulfillment center teams, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution of issues. This is a great opportunity for a data-driven problem solver who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and making a measurable impact on both operations and the bottom line. The Supply Chain Analyst will enthusiastically demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude, lead with Compassion, be Endlessly Curious, and Make the Complex Simple.

Responsibilities:

Reverse Logistics & Returns Management

  • Build and maintain reporting on returns and item damages; identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve processes and profitability.
  • Identify high-damage items and implement targeted strategies to reduce damage rates.
  • Manage the liquidation of returned products to maximize recovery value.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies related to reverse logistics.
Packaging Optimization
  • Analyze current box and packaging configurations to identify key areas for improvement and implement creative solutions.
  • Lead design initiatives to minimize item damage and maximize operational efficiency throughout the packaging process.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to reduce packaging size and avoid parcel accessorial charges.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of packaging improvements and reverse logistics processes.
Vendor & Fulfillment Center Collaboration
  • Work closely with fulfillment center teams to maintain open communication and quickly identify and resolve potential operational issues.
  • Develop and enforce processes to ensure international vendors adhere to requirements set forth in the Vendor Standards Manual.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders — including suppliers, carriers, and internal and external departments — to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Cost Savings & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead cross-functional projects related to network changes, new processes, or systems improvements; maintain timelines and action registers.
Who We’re Looking For:

  • Data-driven thinking, you're comfortable building reports, analyzing trends in returns and damages, and turning that data into clear recommendations that drive real change.
  • A hands-on approach — you're willing to get into the details of packaging design, fulfillment center processes, and vendor compliance to understand what's working and what isn't.
  • Strong relationship skills — you can work effectively with vendors, fulfillment center teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to align on goals and resolve issues quickly.
  • A cost-conscious mindset — you're always looking for ways to reduce accessorial charges, improve recovery on returned goods, and find efficiencies that impact the bottom line.
  • Adaptability and curiosity — you stay current on industry tools and trends, including AI, and are eager to apply new approaches to long-standing challenges.
