Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to provide analytical and planning support across the supply chain, driving data-driven insights to improve material planning, inventory health, and production readiness.

You will maintain data integrity in Costpoint, develop KPI reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance to identify opportunities to streamline processes while ensuring secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, materials planning, inventory analysis, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP.
• Strong understanding of MRP planning concepts and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP outputs and identify planning exceptions and risks.
• Monitor material availability and develop shortage reports.
• Perform inventory planning and optimization analyses.
• Maintain data integrity in Costpoint and master data parameters.
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards on inventory and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance to improve visibility and performance.
• Support production planning by identifying material constraints and corrective actions.
• Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
