Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a Material Planner to coordinate material flow and support production schedules. You will work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Program Managers to ensure materials are available and plans align with business objectives.

You will manage BOMs in Deltek Costpoint, release orders and POs, monitor inventory, and resolve supply risks while maintaining data integrity and planning discipline. This role is on-site in Parker, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and enforce proper revision control within Deltek Costpoint to support reliable and confident production execution.
• Create, manage, and release sales orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase requisitions/purchase orders to enable timely production starts and customer deliveries.
• Plan and allocate raw materials and finished goods to support manufacturing priorities while balancing inventory levels, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to proactively prevent shortages, excess inventory, and schedule disruptions.
• Support firm planned, released, and in-process manufacturing orders to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production flow and rapid execution.
• Identify material constraints, supplier risks, and scheduling conflicts, driving timely resolution to minimize operational impact.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Program Managers to align material plans with production requirements and customer demand.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve production and supply chain schedules that support efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely planning of orders and deliveries to meet customer expectations and operational goals.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint to plan, analyze, and control inventory, production, and procurement activities while maintaining high standards of data integrity and planning discipline.
