Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math or business-related field.

• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and present findings clearly.
• Knowledge of cost analysis related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Ability to document and record customer/client information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite material flow within production schedules.
• Analyze KPI and monitor performance metrics.
• Review VOC/escalations from field and HQ.
• Review production documents to ensure accuracy and standards compliance.
• Assess personnel and materials requirements from production schedules.
• Record production data including volume, material consumption, and quality controls.
• Maintain inventories of materials needed to meet production demands.
