Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support its hub-and-spoke distribution network. You will evaluate supply-side fulfillment options to meet branch demand and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree considered with relevant experience.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain operations, inventory management, or related field (2–4 years).
• ERP systems experience preferred (Dynamics GP or Infor a plus).

Responsibilities

• Review daily shortage signals and determine optimal fulfillment path (supplier PO, inter-branch transfer, drop-ship, or reallocation).
• Generate and release POs in ERP; verify delivery timelines, MOQs, unit cost, and pack sizes.
• Initiate inter-branch transfers and coordinate with branch contacts for quantities and ship dates.
• Monitor active dropship POs and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Flag supply constraints, provide network visibility, and support rebalance actions.
• Develop KPI metrics and report results to management; propose adjustments based on trends.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
