Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Memphis, TN to support its hub-and-spoke distribution network. The role focuses on evaluating supply-side fulfillment options, tracking KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to improve inventory health and cross-branch coordination.

Responsibilities include shortage evaluation, PO management, inter-branch transfers, drop-ship monitoring, and escalation workflows, with emphasis on cost, speed, and customer need dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• ERP systems experience with Dynamics GP or Infor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shortage evaluation and sourcing decisions across the network.
• Purchase order management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers and drop-ship orders.
• Flag reallocation opportunities and escalate when needed.
• Monitor inventory health and provide cross-branch coordination.
• Develop KPI dashboards and report results to leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Associate's degree with equivalent relevant experience considered
