Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience; minimum 1 year required.
• Knowledge of policies/procedures and continuous improvement in supply chain.
• Experience in reporting, analyses, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, MAXIMO, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform supply chain analyses to identify efficiencies and improve performance.
• Support development and execution of the supply chain strategic plan to reduce costs.
• Gather data and conduct analyses to improve operations.
• Review current processes and address deficiencies with plans.
• Monitor KPIs and propose department efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT to align priorities with strategic plans.
