Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to develop processes, tools, reports, and data analytics to support supply chain strategic initiatives, including forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, and cost optimization. You'll partner with business teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.

As an Owner in the company, you'll demonstrate commitment, focus on quality and customer service, and contribute to cost analyses and implementation of supply chain models.

Qualifications

• Related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Supply Chain Systems: PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience with freight terms changes and logistics / Llamasoft: SC Guru (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Independently identifies, documents, analyses, implements, and communicates solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Defines current and future operational scenarios and translates moderately complex business needs into solutions / requirements.
• Analyzes probable impact of recommendations on other areas and client groups.
• Contributes to cost/benefit analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain models for projects.
• Provides support and resources for ad-hoc analysis requests, tools, development, and process improvement projects.
• Manages medium complexity projects that may encompass technologies, facilities, processes, materials, handling systems, or other business initiatives.
• Ensures project is on schedule, of high quality, meets departmental scorecard, and creates business value.
• Develops project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and coordinates logistic teams.

The Supply Chain Analysis team focuses on Supply Chain optimization and supporting / delivering systems applications to support strategic initiatives.

The Supply Chain Analysis team focuses on Supply Chain optimization and supporting / delivering systems applications to support strategic initiatives.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll develop processes, tools, reports, and provide data analytics to support H-E-B's supply chain strategic initiatives, such as supply and demand forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, and cost optimization.

What is your background?

• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 2+ years of experience
• Supply Chain Systems: Project Management Professional Certification (preferred) OR
• Supply Chain Optimization: Experience developing / maintaining engineered labor standards (preferred) OR
• Transportation Procurement: experience with freight term changes and logistics / Llamasoft: Supply Chain Guru experience (preferred)
