H-E-B is seeking an Associate Inventory Analyst to own end-to-end inventory for the Plants / Live Goods category. You will analyze demand signals, manage replenishment, and support promotions to maximize sell-through while preventing stockouts and overstock.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis capability, and collaboration with multiple partners to optimize service levels and inventory productivity. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of inventory or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase orders and inventory levels for assigned categories with minimal supervision.
• Monitor service levels, inventory health, and replenishment effectiveness.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and supply issues independently.
• Ensure data integrity across inventory management systems.
• Recommend inventory actions to address business needs.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate inventory activities across Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse, and Merchandising teams.
