Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 months in analytics for supply chain/operations.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• 6 months of experience using SAP.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tasks related to ATG Operations.
• Establish supply chain performance metrics and trends from customer feedback.
• Respond to customer fines and penalties as applicable.
• Build and maintain scorecards for key customers.
• Develop relationships with key customers to drive service.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects.
