You will analyze data to improve inventory, lead times, and production continuity while working with multiple departments to align on business goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years in supply chain) and a commitment to four days per week in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• In-office requirement: 4 days per week minimum.
• Understanding of ERP systems with Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management modules.
• Very strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Consumer packaged goods experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement including PO issuance and supplier shipments.
• Proactively plan future requirements to meet customer orders.
• Provide forecasts to suppliers based on sales and production plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis on delays and out-of-stocks; implement corrective actions.
• Communicate supplier risks to business leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance.
• Assess global vendors for cost, quality, delivery and service capability.
• Manage and improve operational KPIs and support new product launches.
• Daily replenishment communication to maintain on-site levels.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Meet additional business needs as requested.
