Job summary

10X Health System in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize end-to-end operations onsite. You will analyze inventory trends, manage purchase orders, and support forecasting while partnering with Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to ensure accuracy, service levels, and scalability.

The role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in nutraceuticals is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecards.
• Analyze inventory trends and optimize stock levels to reduce disruptions.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning across product lines.
• Monitor vendor performance and track adherence to SLAs.
• Partner with Operations and Customer Experience to resolve supply chain issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support procurement and vendor management through reporting and analytics.
• Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory data across systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Carry out other duties as required.
