Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Supply Chain professional to manage product availability, forecast demand, and coordinate with HQ to meet objectives. You will generate reports, validate data, and work cross-functionally to address supply risks and recovery plans.

The role includes inventory management, order fulfillment, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights using Power BI/Tableau. Strong Excel skills and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Mathematics.
• MBA or MS degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite.
• SAP experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting and building consensus with stakeholders.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Responsible for product availability by collaborating with HQ Global Operation Center to meet forecasted demand aligned with Sales and Product Marketing objectives


• Generate reports and maintain clear visibility on inventory status to ensure alignment with company's inventory policy and targets


• Validate data accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify supply risks, create awareness, and develop recovery plans


• Represent the SCM team in internal and external engagements, including customer-facing interactions


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SCM processes and operational efficiency

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Knowledge, Education and/or Experience:
