Job summary

ektello is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Plano, TX to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule. The role includes reviewing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling inventory and cost reports.

You will analyze, evaluate and test product category issues, identify root causes, coordinate with internal teams, HQ and factories, monitor KPIs, and review field escalations to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Position:

• Analyze, evaluate and test various Home Appliance Product Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and Factories.
