• Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Use SAP, JDA, and Excel forecasting tools to manage orders and predict future demand
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align business goals with budgets and SLAs
• Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning, minimize unnecessary movements, and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance
• Coordinate production planning and logistics with customer demand and safety stock levels
• Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Conduct cost, service, and operational performance analyses
• Support business cases, scenario analyses, long-term planning, and strategic projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with large datasets and generating business insights

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations (preferred)
