Job summary

Baltusrol Golf Club is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in NYC to join an apparel-focused team. You will liaise with Design and Sales to set seasonal production plans and execute the supply chain process from purchasing to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ~2 years of experience in supply chain analytics, merchandising, and GAP analysis. Strong Excel and supply chain software knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Production Management, Logistics Management, or Operations Management with 2+ years as a supply chain/operations analyst.
• Experience in merchandising, production planning and allocation, and GAP analysis.
• Proficiency with the listed software tools and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans with Design and Sales teams per season.
• Execute end-to-end supply chain processes and generate purchase orders.
• Communicate with vendors for manufacturing, quality, and inspection reports.
• Measure costs, deliveries, and quality for all orders; track inventory and stock.
• Develop warehouse capacity plans and manage cross-functional workflow from manufacturing to delivery.

Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the Design and Sales teams to set production plans per season.
• Executing the supply chain process.
• Generating and transmitting purchase orders.
• Communicating with vendors for manufacturing, quality, and inspection reports of the orders.
• Measuring and coordinating purchasing costs, deliveries, and quality for all orders.
• Coordinating all aspects of production process to calculate cost per product.
• Proposing production alternatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintaining reports of all orders placed per season in order to track inventory.
• Identifying supply chain issues.
• Ensuring availability of resources and materials for production and manufacturing.
• Developing warehouse capacity plans and controlling stock orders.
• Managing workflow between cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, and Shipping) from manufacturing to delivery of goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Logistics Management, or Operations Management and 24 months experience as a supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations analyst.
• Must have experience in merchandising, production planning and allocation, and GAP analysis.
• Must also have knowledge of the following softwares: A2000, RLM, DSCO, and Oracle Microsoft Excel.
