Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York, NY is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our apparel team. The role collaborates with Design and Sales to set seasonal production plans and executes the end-to-end supply chain process, including PO generation and vendor communications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of analytics experience in merchandising, production planning, and GAP analysis, plus proficiency in A2000, RLM, DSCO, Oracle and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience as a supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations analyst.
• Experience in merchandising, production planning and allocation, and GAP analysis.
• Knowledge of the listed software: A2000, RLM, DSCO, Oracle and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Design and Sales to set seasonal production plans.
• Execute the supply chain process and generate purchase orders.
• Communicate with vendors on manufacturing, quality, and inspection reports.
• Measure purchasing costs, deliveries, and quality for orders.
• Coordinate production processes to calculate cost per product.
• Propose production alternatives to improve efficiency.
• Maintain reports of all orders per season to track inventory.
• Identify and address supply chain issues.
• Ensure availability of resources and materials for production.
• Develop warehouse capacity plans and manage stock orders.
• Oversee workflow between Design, Sales, and Shipping from manufacturing to delivery.
