Job summary

Atlas Tube Zekelman Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Automated Inventory Management (AIM) program. This onsite Chicago role focuses on data integrity, issue resolution, and process optimization across IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

You will generate insights from inventory consumption, oversee replenishment processes, and help implement AIM enhancements. Strong analytical skills and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP (ECC/APO), EDI, and RPA technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain data critical to the AIM process, including setup and management of new AIM accounts.
  • Identify and resolve data errors, system issues, and tolerance exceptions related to AIM processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
  • Monitor automation workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist sales with AIM reserve reviews and material repurposing requests.
  • Generate and analyze data related to inventory consumption, replenishment, and AIM effectiveness.
  • Review inventory trends and adjust supply planning recommendations.
  • Document business requirements and support testing for AIM features.
  • Monitor Agent Replenishment to ensure材料 replenish for demand.
  • Collaborate with IT on AIM enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new AIM functionality.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows.
  • Promote safe work practices as required by policy and regulations.

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and inventory data, monitoring system performance, and identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and customer service.You will collaborate closely with the AIM Inventory Manager, IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support automated replenishment processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
