Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking an Inventory Replenishment Analyst for the Rochelle, IL site to support Automated Inventory Management (AIM) programs across our Electrical and Pipe Division. You will collaborate with sales, IT, and customers to maintain inventory integrity and drive onboarding of new AIM/EDI initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing forecast changes, monitoring stock levels, and leading AIM process improvements while ensuring program integrity and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Some experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast changes, investigate root causes of variances.
• Monitor inventory performance to prevent stockouts, surplus, or slow-moving items.
• Facilitate AIM program changes requested by business or customers while ensuring AIM program integrity.
• Oversee daily AIM processes, lead internal training sessions, and drive program phases.
• Establish and document standard processes to assess the health of AIM programs.
• Perform replenishment using customer inventory data to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, testing, and validation of new AIM/EDI programs.
• Serve as primary liaison between business and IT on AIM-related issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Inside Sales to align AIM with customer needs.

You will directly contribute to business growth by ensuring AIM programs run smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving customer onboarding initiatives.You will collaborate with sales representatives, IT, and customers to maintain inventory integrity, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
