Qualifications

  • 5+ years in subcontracts and direct procurement.
  • 3+ years federal procurement or subcontract management.
  • Experience with suppliers and sub-tiers for delivery.
  • Knowledge of FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF, LOE, T&M, IDIQ types.
  • FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQ vehicles familiarity.
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Supply Chain Administrator, Senior**The Opportunity:** As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and to the highest standards while negotiating favorable terms to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work directly with leaders throughout the organization to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems.On our team, you’ll use your supply chain administrative expertise to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts in support of our government client. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.As a trusted business partner, you’ll negotiate and administer contracts with Booz Allen Suppliers across a breadth of contract types. The world can’t wait.**You Have:*** 5+ years of experience in subcontracts, such as labor or services-based procurements, and direct procurement such as software, hardware, commodities, and cloud services-based procurements* 3+ years of experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, reviewing and negotiating software license agreements, reviewing bills of material (BOMs) and subcontract administration to support U.S. government programs* Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery* Knowledge of negotiating various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract types* Knowledge of FARs, General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or IDIQ vehicles* Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements* Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph* HS diploma or GED**Nice If You Have:*** TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph**Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
